Prototype programmes typically run ₹50,000 to ₹3,00,000, covering PCB design, fabrication, enclosure and firmware. Multi-unit industrial systems and multi-phase engagements run ₹3,00,000 and above. We return a line-item scope within 1–2 days of your brief.

Yes. We ship prototypes and small-batch production runs across India. For hardware built and assembled in Chennai, typical domestic delivery is 2-5 business days after production is complete.

Yes. We scope projects from an idea — some clients come with a working prototype that needs engineering, others with a napkin sketch. We write the requirements, produce the schematic, lay out the PCB, design the enclosure, and write the firmware.

Yes. Inceptarc specialises in high-mix, low-volume electronics — batches from 5 to 500 units. Large EMS providers typically require minimum runs in the thousands. We are built for the volumes below that threshold, including design validation batches, pilot runs and field-trial units.

Yes. We support New Product Introduction end to end — DFM review of your existing design, prototype builds, iteration cycles, test fixture development, and pilot production. We work alongside in-house engineering teams rather than replacing them.

Boards are fabricated to IPC-A-600 Class 2 acceptance criteria, with laminates rated UL 94V-0 and materials compliant with RoHS and REACH. ISO 9001 certification is in progress.
